Caribeans will be exploring Costa Rica's diverse micro-climates in hopes of finding distinct flavor profiles for our extreme-single-sourced chocolates. We believe there may be a "Shangrila" of cacao somewhere in this wonderful land. Our first journey takes us to Alta Guayami in the extreme southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica.
